1. Write for a Particular Audience
If you remember this particular article writing technique, you will have no trouble with creating articles that promote your product or business. Each article needs to pertain to a certain audience and deliver certain information. By targeting a particular audience with your articles, you have a way of reaching people with your product that you may not have using a different medium.
Always remember that each article you write is targeting a different demographic, a different segment of your customers, so write your article to suit that segment.
2. Talk To, Not Down To Your Audience
This goes along with the first one. When creating an article, you need to know your audience and their particular backgrounds. Establish yourself as an authority, but not as a know it all. This will get you sunk faster than the Edmund Fitzgerald! Remember, no street or internet slang!
You do want to use the 'lingo' in the niche to gain a closer identity with your readers. When you speak the same language as your market, your prospects will identify more easily with you as you are 'one of them' to speak.
